An invitation to rest
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Jesus doesn’t ask you to finish everything first. He invites you to come as you are, tired and carrying too much. Rest is not a reward; it’s an invitation.
Prayer for today
Jesus, I come to You with everything I am carrying. Give me the rest only You can give. Amen.
